ABOUT US AND OUR STANDARDS
Our comprehensive quality assurance guarantees a consistently high product quality, aided by measuring machines, in-house test equipment monitoring and a CAQ system. Supplier audits also ensure availability of all materials and premium-quality externally sourced services.
We provide training for our skilled employees ourselves, generating valuable synergies between motivated manpower and modern machines. We use this range of services for complex manufacturing jobs for small-batch series.
Successful quality management is essential to ensure satisfied customers and thus safeguard the existence of our company. This challenge aims to promote personal responsibility in all employees and helps significantly to achieve our quality management goals.
We practice what we preach. That’s why Müller Präzisionsteile GmbH Executive Management and employees take an active approach to the quality management system and develop it further.
The company’s uppermost goal is to meet customers’ strict requirements under financially viable conditions in relation to manufacturing expertise, product quality, production flexibility and on-time delivery performance.
HISTORY
1970s
The history of precision components started in 1965 when Georg Müller, our company’s senior member, founded a retailer for machine tools. Eleven years later, the purchase of the company premises in Pyrbaum, Bavaria, marked a new direction for the young company. The job order production range formed the basis for today’s range of services.
1980s
We installed the first CNC machine in the company back in 1978, a true innovation at the time. This allowed us to give a timely response to challenging customer requirements, a guiding principle to which we have adhered ever since.
The following decade saw us largely manufacturing for the armaments industry and the nuclear power sector. Our reliable, customised service was essential for success in these security-critical sectors. Rising order volumes and an expanding set of machinery meant that it was crucial for us to build our large production workshop with an office building in 1988.
1990s
In the 1990s, the automotive and motor racing industries were added to our portfolio, increasing potential significantly.
Top quality, precision and on-time delivery were also key factors for successful company growth in these divisions.
SINCE 2000
Positive business development required a high-performance infrastructure, so we extended the large production workshop to meet needs in 2002. We are thus optimally equipped for upcoming challenges and customer requirements.
TODAY
A total of 130 employees currently work to ensure the success of our customers. Thanks to further building extensions and constant further development, we are able to meet our customers’ requirements at any time. A professional Crack Detection department, a versatile parts-cleaning machine and a start in additive manufacturing complete our portfolio.
