Reliable suppliers who have proven their worth over many years perform heat and surface treatment on our behalf. We also like to play it safe when it comes to sourcing materials. That is why we only order from established providers that we have approved.
Each material is supplied with a batch-relevant material certificate, so that we can prove the required specifications.
Our partners are integrated into our quality management system. This allows us to ensure consistently high-grade results throughout the entire production process.
Thanks to our well-stocked raw materials warehouse, we are able to provide a response for almost any application, even for short-notice rush orders.
We order our raw materials with relevant certificates which ensure that customer specifications are met down to the tiniest detail. This means our customers are safe in the knowledge that they have received exactly the right material.
Trust is good; control is better: newly delivered materials undergo a hardness test to verify the information on the certificate. Materials are not placed into storage until they have passed the receiving inspection and the certificates have been entered into our EDP Systems.
The corresponding batches and certificates are assigned to each customer order when the material is booked out of the warehouse. All customer-relevant data can be accessed at the click of a mouse, even for individual pieces such as panel cuts and residual bars, meaning they can be traced at any time.
We leave nothing to chance with our packaging – from the start of production to delivery to customers. They are a key integral part of an on-time delivery system.
We use plastic containers with variable layouts and inserts to transport items within the company. We thus ensure that your components are fully protected whenever they are transported between individual production steps.
We use customised packaging tailored to each individual component which prevents transport damage and, consequently, any delays due to incorrect handling.
